Return questions
Is return shipping really free?
Yes. Standard doorstep pickup and drop-off labels are free across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For oversized items we book a courier at no cost to you.
When do I get my money back?
As soon as your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quick condition check, we refund the original payment method. It clears within 5 working days — usually sooner.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Absolutely. Start a return and choose exchange, then pick the replacement size or colour. We ship the new item as soon as the old one is scanned at pickup.
My desk arrived damaged — what now?
Don't assemble it. Start a return, choose damaged on arrival, and add a photo. We dispatch a replacement immediately and arrange collection of the damaged one.
