Delivery questions
When will my desk arrive?
Standard delivery is 3–5 working days; Express is next-day to most of the Benelux if you order before 16:00. You'll get a tracking link the moment it's dispatched.
Do you deliver to apartments and upper floors?
Yes. Standard and Express drop at your door (ground entrance). For carry-up and in-room assembly, choose White-glove — our team brings it to the exact spot.
Can I choose a delivery day?
Once dispatched, the tracking link lets you pick a day, set a safe place, or reschedule. White-glove orders are booked to a two-hour slot in advance.
Is shipping really free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over €50 within the Netherlands. Belgium and Germany are free over €75. Smaller orders carry a flat €4.95 fee shown at checkout.
